Gift cards require 2–3 working days to be processed before dispatch. Once processed, they will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For at a cost of £5. All items are dispatched on a working day, and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Alternatively, gift vouchers may be collected from the hotel free of charge once processing is complete.
